Loved the area, it was about a 20 min walk from the center, nice and quiet to come back to. iIt was self check in, which is not common for this type of hotel. The few staff we saw was nice. Rooms were a good size.

We thought this was a lovely hotel. Clean, spacious and very pretty. Our room was huge and felt very luxurious. There was no A/C but I didn't check for that when booking. We also ate at the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great! When I'm next in Amsterdam I'll be staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, accessible and close to the central train station. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Elevators were dark with dimmed neon lights which can feel creepy. Overall we were satisfied our stay. Would recommend.

"The executive room was great however was surprised that the headboard cloth was all ripped and dirty. Also the bed sheet had a hole in the center. The rain shower was fantastic and seemed like standing in a rain forest in Bali ."
