"The hotel was great! Easy check in, and they arranged a transfer to and from the ferry for me. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and responsive on WhatsApp. I had one meal at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The view from the pool is quite beautiful. The area is not particularly walkable as there are no shoulders on the roads, so rent a motor bike (arranged at the property), take taxis (pricy), or get ready to hike some hills in the heat (this is what I did)!"

The atmosphere is very cool & chilled plus There is a private beach right at the hotel. Also the food is absolutely delicious & and a great spot to do a little work in the morning. I could not fly to China to get my wife, my wife could not leave Shanghai. I pleaded with this hotel and with Hotels.com/Expedia to cancel my reservation but they refused. Unacceptable behaviour. "

"This property is nothing less than a SCAM. BEWARE OF STAYING HERE. long story short, the room we booked had no pictures on the website. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the room is dirty, built in a very unsafe and incomplete way. There were BUGS all over the shower which was not fully blocked from the outside.
