Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely and helpful staff.

Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.... A perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early (like I did) and are just wanting a bed for the night. Close to everything you need.... Bars, shops, restaurants, 7/11, etc etc. The girl who runs the place was an absolute saviour when the taxi that I booked to take me to the airport failed to show up.... She very generously offered to take me in her car.... Can't thank her enough. 🙏 I'd stay...

I enjoyed staying at Pinnacle as i was given a cabin close to the pool and beach and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast options were good. There are other restaurants nearby if you wanted a change though. The tourist info lady across from reception was brilliant in organising excursions and taxis.

This property was close to everything but nice and quiet which is just what we wanted. It had a lovely little balcony in the room and the room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

What a lovely place to stay. Such a warm and friendly welcome when i arrived. The hut that i stayed in was absolutely perfect and beautifully furnished, had everything i needed plus more. When i leave the hut i got a real feeling of being in the jungle. When i asked at reception how far the nearest shop was, the lady straight away offered me a lift in her car which was really nice even though it wasnt that far. Would really recommend this place as it is by far the most prestine place i stayed in...

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly, and the staff were incredibly helpful whenever it was needed. They have a great view from the beach, breakfast is delicious, the cooking class was really great fun and the private villas are incredible if you want to enjoy the privacy of waking up to your own swimming pool. The staff are really knowledgable about where to go and what to do in the area, and a special mention to the taxi driver who transferred us from the airport to the hotel and was a really great...

Amazing place, loved it! You have access to the beach and a gym, the food is amazing and the people are so genuine and kind. We had an accident and the staff at the hotel helped us so much, gave us a more easily accessible room. They are remarkable and if given the chance we will def go there again!

We went here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely amazing stay - a beautifully designed hotel and spa and not too busy or crowded. Staff were extremely friendly.
