It is a beautiful location , pleasent and quiet. The room was nice but not very clean. The hospitality was wonderful and very welcoming. The only problem was the breakfast, it was very limited and not diversed. There weren't enoguh products for kids.

מלון מטיילים אופטימלי למשפחות עם ילדים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. בריכה מדהימה. מזג אוויר נהדר באוגוסט. החדרים יחסית נוחים. יש צורך להקפיד יותר על ניקוי יסודי של החדר (אבק, כתמים בשולחנות, מצעים, ספות).

תחזוקה לקויה. סביר וזהו.

רעיון מלונות המטיילים הוא מצוין. לכאורה, מלון-אכסניה משדורגת במחיר הוגן קרוב למסלולי טיול טובים. בפועל במלכיה, נופלים בהרבה פרטים חשובים. נתחיל מהדברים הטובים : 1. בריכה מצוינת, מוצלת (כל בריכת הילדים + חצי מהבריכה הגדולה). 2. ארוחת בוקר טובה (על אף שצריך לפנות בעצמך את הכלים - לנו זה לא הפריע). 3. חדרי משפחה גדולים יחסית עם מרחב מספק גם למשפחה של 5 נפשות. 4. מטבחון עם קומקום ומיקרוגל בגודל מספק. 5. צוות חביב אבל עמוס לעייפה. ולעומת זאת: 1. הניקיון בחדרים מתחת לכל ביקורת, המקום מאויש בשיא העונה עם ארבעה חמישה אנשי צוות, החדר לא היה נקי בכלל, ניכר כי הועבר בו סמרטוט לצאת ידי חובה בלבד. כל מקום שבו הזזת רהיט - ראית טינופת ! 2. תחזוקת החדר מבחינת ריהוט לוקה בחסר, ראש מקלחת שאינו תקין, דלת מקלחת פגומה, הפנלים של הפרקט שאינם מודבקים כמו שצריך, מקרר שמדפיו חסרים, ספות מטונפות. 3. ניקיון חוץ - המדשאות מסביב לחדר לא נקיות מספיק - הרבה פעמים אחרי לילה שהחתולים היו מטנפים את המדשאה אף אחד לא היה עובר לנקות אחריהם. 4. כלי אוכל חסרים - שתי צלחות למשפחה של 5 ?, סכו"ם חסר .. 5. במהלך השהייה שלנו קיימתי שיחה עם "המנהלת" של המקום שטענה שיטפלו בליקויים. לא טיפלו בכלום. התעלמות מוחלטת לבד משיחת הטלפון שבו הובטח כאמור טיפול. בקיצור, סביר אבל לא נחזור שוב.

tolles Hotel

Das Hotel ist Teil des sehr schönen Kibbuz Malkiya im Norden Israels. Absolut ruhig gelegen mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr schöne Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele interessante Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : Nationalparks , See Genezareth, Safed usw. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.
