"Courteous and English speaking staff. The hotel room is nice with a gorgeous view of the Lo River. Definitely take a room with the Riverview. On the downside, the pool is not heated and too cold at least in March. At least when I was here the the sauna is under Repair. Would otherwise recommend. "
