"The room was clean and in good condition but they never cleaned my room. We stayed for 2 nights but no new towels or cleaning at all. "

"Beautifully decorated and spacious room. It was hard to find after taxi driver let us off as no English signs. Thankfully the host came out to find us as we were lost. Beds are on the soft side, but comfortable. Room is above a restaurant so a bit noisy when we start sleeping but very quiet in the middle of the night and morning. We love the elegance of the room and highly recommend to experience the hanok style room."
