"There was nothing I disliked about the property but the surrounding area is a bit grubby and run down. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained as a whole but I had a few issues with the room which hopefully will be resolved when brought to the attention of the hotel"

"Check in at 4pm was chaos - almost queuing out of the door, however the staff were very helpful when we eventually got to them. Our parents had a lovely room, however our ‘dog friendly’ room was very small & basic which was disappointing as there ia an additional charge of £50 per night for dogs! ..."
