The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The service is truly exceptional. The hotel team was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a specific request for a freezer in the room to store gluten-free food for our child, and the hotel arranged it quickly and kindly. This made our stay much more comfortable and showed a high level of care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for your warm attitude and hospitality. We would be happy to return in the future and highly recommend Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre to other travelers.

Very good staff: su-chief, all waiters (Aknit, Ali not sure for spelling), cleaners (Singh Bhagvat not sure for spelling) , in receiption, man who open doors, security, man near swimming pool. Generally all perfect. Beatiful and well designed building, interior and exterior. New furniture. Only location is little bid far from places of interest, but for some one it could be better because no so noisy. Uber taxi cheap so can reach any location for reasonable price. Kindly reccomend.

We loved the overall luxury of the hotel. The beds, towels, decor and food were very good. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent! The hotel is very new and, as we had booked it primarily for the pool, it would have been better to have had some parasols to provide shade from the intense sunshine, plus somewhere poolside to get drinks and food. We cannot overstate the helpfulness of all the staff, and the mixologist in the bar, Sanjana, was top notch! Our knowledge of Delhi was very limited so we hadn’t anticipated how far out of Delhi the hotel is. But the taxi service provided was great, despite the incredibly heavy Delhi traffic

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center from September 27–30, 2025, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we arrived after 1 AM, the included airport transfer through our IGA reservation made everything seamless and stress-free. Our rooms were spotless, modern, efficient, and extremely comfortable—a perfect oasis after a long journey. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality and culinary excellence. The buffet dining was beyond exceptional, and the attentive wait staff made every meal delightful. A special shout-out to the chef, who personally visited each table to ensure guests were satisfied—a level of care rarely seen these days. Our daughter was thrilled to find hash browns that tasted exactly like the ones she enjoys back in the U.S. — a small but meaningful comfort when traveling far from home. When my wife couldn’t come down for breakfast one morning, the staff even noticed and asked about her with genuine concern. Later, we asked if the kitchen could cut some whole fruit for us. Not only did the chef have it prepared—he personally delivered it to our room. That kind of thoughtful, personal service is truly unforgettable. We had a very early departure on one of the days (around 6 AM), and when we inquired about breakfast, the front desk coordinated with the kitchen to prepare a fresh made-to-order picnic basket for us to take along. Such attention to detail and care made our travel so much easier.

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from my room added an extra touch of serenity to my stay. What truly made the experience outstanding was the exceptional service – every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. Special mention to muskan who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and offer excellent local recommendations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another highlight – the breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, and delicious, catering to all dietary needs. The chefs and servers were attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect, with the city centre and shopping areas just a short walk away, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
