"Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. "I booked this stay for my parents and they had an extremely bad experience. They mentioned the staff really poor, when asked to provide towels, they said there are no more towels to give. The washroom toilet was leaking and stinking. Staff was very unprofessional. They had to ask them multiple times for anything. I feel really bad about the experience my parents had. Completely waste of money and huge disappointment. The rooms especially the bathroom was unhygienic and dirty. Never recommend it...
