"Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. "Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

"Das Zimmer war super groß und man hatte genug Platz für die Koffer. Auch das Bett war riesig. Es gab einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Zimmer war zur Straße raus, wenn man die Balkontür geschlossen hat, hat von draußen nichts mehr mitbekommen. Lichtdichte Vorhänge gab es ebenfalls. Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Safe war inklusive. "We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon.
