Stay was good. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is in a gated community. Close to the zoo and several Museums. Both within walking distance as are a few restaurants There is also a little store inside the gate that sales snacks and drinks.

Very clean for a Guatemala stay, small common area with microwave and instant coffee was very nice and the bathroom was very clean.

Safe clean room near the airport

It's a small guesthouse in a gated-community near the airport, and is protected by security. There is no 24 hour reception, so if you're arriving early or at night contact them and let them know in advance so they know when to expect you. The watcher doesn't speak English well. There's no room service (it's just a room) but it's safe and very clean. There is a microwave, coffee and hot water available in the common area, and the TV is connected to streaming services.

we stayed a couple hours; i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. the room was far from clean they had only made the bed, and there were used razors left in the bathroom, which was absolutely unacceptable. it felt like no effort was put into preparing the space for guests. we didn’t say anything while we were there because we were worried about missing our transportation, but honestly, it was such an unpleasant experience. we couldn’t wait to leave, and we’ll definitely never stay here again. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
