Do not stay at this disgusting hotel

I have traveled alot but never have I stayed in a hotel like this. We booked their best room but where met by black mould, mosquito infestation and an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a bone smoking room. Its terrable, find somewhere else to stay, it's a disaster!

Our stay was just okay. Though our rooms were not readily available due to the time that we arrived, they were quick enough to get them ready once vacated. One thing also, the housekeeping service kept forgetting to replace the bathroom tissue and tea service. But the toiletries were well provided for. I would recommend that ther ask their front desk staff to learn basic english so as not to have a difficult time in dealing with guests. But to their credit, they have phone translators and they try their best to address guests' concerns. Location is very good, it us near several food and grocery establishments. Very close to the metro and bus stations as well.

タイトル通りの安宿です8番線の赤窟駅が最寄駅です。 一番安い部屋はほぼ日本人は泊まらないであろうレベルですので部屋は少し高めのものを選んだほうが良いかもしれません。 ホテル・周辺のコンビニ・レストラン・スーパーは英語がほぼ通じないと思って身振り手振りで乗り切るつもりでいてください。

Breakfast is not good, the restaurent is out side the hotel, and you have to choose one meal of 6 RMB equivalent to 1$.

Pictures are deceiving

The picture of the hotel itself posted on Hotels.com is deceiving. The room smells damp and cockroaches in the room. I just can't stand it, the bathroom is uuuggghhh. I made a big mistake to book the whole week, I should have book for a couple of days and see how it looks. I picked this hotel because it is close to the CANTON FAIR. But I am pretty sure there is better hotel for the value.

Nice hotel near to Canton Fair

I was be in the hotel for more than 2 weeks... Clean, every think very good, not all the staff speak english but was not a big problem. I use in more that one the laudry service with a little worry, but was excelente service. The only think... to considerate... don't select the mini room... it's really mini... for me that's the only thing that I will change for the next time...

a nice hotel which is not expensive

This is a good not expensive hotel. I paid 20-22.5$ for a night. The hotel is very clean, they give you shampoo, towels, tea, toothbrush so you will not need to bring anything. Next to it there is a 24 hours open supermarket which has not expensive prices. It is very near a metro. The metro has moving straits so you can take you suitcase easy (not all metro has this option.) Hotel employees will help you if you have problems so they are friendly. The room is small but very clean so it was very good for me. I recommand this hotel

中国語のホテル名が違う。「海月酒店」が正解。Hotels.comの地図も不正確で、中国に不案内な人は、やめた方が良い。 ホテルは地下鉄駅に近く便利な場所で、寝るだけに割り切れば良し。

Zunächst einmal wird das Hotel mit 3-4 Sternen deklariert. Ich würde dem Hotel maximal 2 Sterne Kategorie Türkei verpassen. Die Zimmer sind dunkel, haben meist keine Fenster und die Klimaanlage und die Lüftung sind so laut, dass man Ohrenstöpsel benötigt die es in China allerdings nicht gibt. Das Essen kann man in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant einnehmen. Allerdings ist dies ausschliesslich chinesisch. somit für den europäischen Magen nicht geeignet. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig, es befindet sich zum Teil Schimmel an den Wänden und wer hier englisch sprechendes Personal erwartet kann von Glück sprechen, wenn er einen Mitarbeiter trifft, der die englische Sprache beherrscht. Zudem ist die Umgebung an der Hauptstrasse sehr ungemütlich. Das einzig positive was ich dem Hotel zugute halten muss ist der Massagebereich in der 3. Etage. Die chinesiche Massage bekommt von mir 5 Sterne....

Hotel idéal pour la foire de Canton

L'hotel est situé à 10 mn en métro de la foire de Canton. J'ai fait deux séjours, chaque fois dans des chambres sans fenêtre. Les coffres forts dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas. Les lits sont très durs. Il y a du bruit à partir de 6:30 du matin dans les couloirs ou avec la circulation. Les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner chinois est très correct (choix entre 4 petits déjeuners différents). Il est à prendre dans le fast food chinois voisin. Si votre budget est limité cet hotel est très bien pour la foire de Canton. Vous allez éconimiser beaucoup de temsp en transport.

Veldig god servic og de var veldig hjelpsomme. Passet på at de alltid hadde noen som snakket engelsk i resepsjonen. T-banen var rett over gaten noen som gjorde det lett å komme seg rundt, uten å være av hengi av taxi. Det som trekker litt ned er at det var ganske lytt mellom vegg/gang.
