Nice qnd very friendly crew. But 1 thing concern its about my comfolirmation was not able to relay or sent to them. They wantme to deposit money but i told and show them my comfimation thru my emails. This is not acceptable and not convenient for me and on my 2nd day they told me that they want tocancel my booking and locked up my things... Do you think this is acceptable for my case? Pls acknowledge my concern.

호텔 직원들은 친절했으나 시설이나 서비스 자체가 많이 부족한 곳이었음. 체크인 하는데 시간이 많이 걸렸음. 호텔은 선택한 방마다 다르지만 어떤 방은 시설이 완전 엉망인 방도 있었음. 화장실 변기에 물이 안내려 가고, 화장실 천장에서 물이 떨어지고, 티비도 안되고 전체적으로 엉망인 방이 있었으나 다른 방은 괜찮아서 복불복인것 같았고, 갔을때 광저우에 비가 계속 내려서 호텔 방이 추웠음. 호텔 주변은 시내 중심지인지 근처에 시장도 있고 맛집도 있고 괜찮았음. 공항에서는 30분~40분 정도 걸려서 택시로 150원 정도 나왔고, 파저우 전시장이랑 택시로 10분~20분 정도 걸려서 저렴 하게는 18원 부터 50원 정도 비용 나왔음. 평일 아침 출근 시간에는 택시 잡기 어려움.

Horrible Horrible experience!

I hope no one has to go through what I had been through for the last 10 days. I'm from Montreal , I went there for business trip. I just needed a room to sleep at night after long hours work , I'd been all Asia for work & even just 20$ a night room in Vietnam was much better than this hôtel. When I got to the hotel , it was 12 o'clock at night. they said they couldn't find my name on the list, they refused to let me stay unless I'd pay for another stay, I asked to see the manager then he said Expedia didn't pay them. It was not my problem then finally he let me stay after a big argument. They gave me a wrong room # after I went all the way upstairs to find that out, went back & got a good room # to find out the room had no windows. It smelled so bad that I threw up. I changed another room after paid for upgrade. No wifi for second room, third room it was so horrible : some one pee in there, fourth room: better a bit but phone didn't work but I finally stayed in the same room until I left because it would be all the same thing for all the hotel. toillet blocked two times for 10 days stayed. Breakfast was terrible that I rather go outside to eat even they said it was included during the stay. DONT GO TO THIS HÔTEL.

Smelly room located in the middle of nowhere

Paid a 200 rmb deposit that was never returned, they said it was located near tienhe but actually it's about 10km from there, the room stinks of mould and didn't have a window, the bed was smelly and uncomfortable, the staff were ok

Not coming back

I regretted come back again, I chose this hotel to stay because it was closed to my relative. I thought they would improve after a year.This time,I ran through three rooms,one was not cleaned yet, leftover food still in the room, one was the wallpaper fell down and molded, eventually, they gave me the exec. room, but still, the blinds in the bathoom were broken, could see from outside the building, we had to turnoff the light to take shower. The light in the room hallway was broken,even the electrician could not fix at the scene.unmaintained.

Hotelzimmer ohne Fenster und es stinkt! Nie wieder

Die Standardzimmer haben nicht mal ein Fenster und es stinkt dermaßen in den Zimmern, dass man sofort wieder raus möchte. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen.

缺点： 房间：被子还没有干的，幸好最后服务员帮忙全换了一套。房间没有收拾干净，地毯也是湿湿的，抽屉里和垃圾桶还有一些残余垃圾没有清理干净。 酒店肯定不值四星，就是二星的感觉！ 优点：房间装饰蛮漂亮，麻雀虽小，五庄俱全 位置算不错，楼下很多大排档，晚上很热闹！ 自助早餐很好吃，种类也算多了，不过9点半就结束了。

close to bus routes and near #12 bus to botanic

virtually none of the staff could speak any English at all which caused an immence amount of problems for me.even with google translate no one could tell me the obvious i.e about 30 buses/ hour went from near outside where i was staying to botanic gardens this i found out myself. however nearbyy plenty of good priced food outlets.

For two night stay was very hard to complete beacue of the strange stinky smelling at the hotel. corridors were ragged. Minibar was empty. Air conditioner worked well room was okey. But owerall hotel is not western style. surrounding area is terrible. wouldn't stay there again

metro muito longe!!

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, os atendentes são atenciosos porém falam muito mal inglês. O quarto é muito bom com visão para a cidade, durante minha estadia de 7 dias fiquem 3 sem internet. Um problema pra quem não quer ficar andando o tempo todo de taxi é que o metro fica a 5 km do hotel.
