Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner.

Very kind and helpful staff. The room was really clean and comfortable.

The staff was excellent! One of the few hotels that offers 3 beds, and the beds were queen size plus a sofa bed. In addition, they offered 6 commercial washers and dryers free of use, super convienient. Centrally located. Only issue is the hotel is in a building with like 10 other hotels or so, the elevators gets super packed all the time.

The room was clean from the beginning and looked pretty nice with a good view. But! We found a cockroach in our room. The staff were nice and easy to chat with on wechat. We got a different room (not sure if it was an upgraded room or a downgraded, couldn’t really tell). The cleaning lady was super nice and always greeted us when she saw us. There is a free laundry room. We felt that the rooms aren’t really maintained that well since the roof in the shower kinda fell apart, and the pipes at the bath were leaking a bit. Otherwise we had a nice room with good AC. The fridge didn’t really get cold to a western standard but it worked. The location is super good! Very close to Raffles City (literally outside the hotel) and like 10 minute walk to Jiefangbei. The metro is very close also and you have basically all you need within 5 minutes of the hotel. It was easy to communicate through translation apps with the staff.
