"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."

"The property was nice. The Manager Harry was super helpful. The property is new and should be great when the kinks are worked out. Just know what we learned. We had several issues due to it being a new property. Our reservation was for 3 people we were given a room for 2. They had to bring a futon in for our daughter. There was 3 knives no other utensils, plastic plates that shouldn’t go in microwave. The toiletries were empty but Harry brought some 😀. The pool was just getting filled...

"The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."

"The ac in the unit was terrible and did not cool the unit. Sad because i saw this comment in the reviews and thought it would have been fixed. The tv was not real time. It seem to be a streaming service. I had terrible cell service and the power went out almost every day. Overall we did not spend too much time in the room to let it affect our vacation. "

"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. "Las escaleras del lugar están deterioradas e inseguras. El servicio de internet no estaba funcionando y nunca funcionó. El beeper de entrar al estacionamiento no funcionó, tuvo que ser reemplazado. El estacionamiento muy pequeño. Venetian blinds para privacidad en la sala estaban inservibles (rotas). Nevera tenía un problema de salida de agua por la parte de abajo. Abandoné el lugar un día antes por todo esto."
