"Nice staying! There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."

"This place is beautiful. The staff in the lobby rude. But when I saw the room and the view that bad experience when away. Gorgeous view, and the fire pit and jacuzzi was a plus. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place. They just need to change the staff."

"This is a car town. Event though my cabin was .8 miles from downtown. The hills are steep and unless you are used to walking such steep hills, it does get exhausting. Our cabin boy even got tired walking with us. No Uber, they have taxis, so you better ask the office your exact address of your cabin. The downtown area is very nice. "Disgusting! As soon as I arrived there was spiders in the sink and a mouse trap by the stove. Droppings behind microwave. Mirrors with lipstick, PEPE written on ceiling. Broken light fixtures. The glue trap worked! The mouse was squeaking all nite long!"
