The property itself is fine, but your experience really depends on who else is living nearby. There are no ceilings, so you can hear everything : people sleeping, talking, phone alarms, notifications, etc. The room door are also extremely loud after midnight, so you'll likely be woken up whenever someone goes to the restroom or leaves the building. I will avoid this area for peak season.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and while the property isn't overly fancy, it offers a straightforward price-to-value option that I truly appreciated. The location in Manhattan is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. If you're looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank, this is a great choice!

Trendy, Modern, I giggled when I first arrived at the way the Loft Rooms "present themselves". It's nice.
Blackout shades are excellent. The hallways are a little too dark - I know it's a vibe, but it creeps a woman out a little. That said, you can't get up the elevators w/o a room key.
The rooftop bar and danceclub with a killer skyline view are great - Ricky, a bartender up there was fantastic. Also, Primo ran a very fun DJ set for us while we danced on the carousel, yes carousel.
There's a little coffee shop w/ great baristas and decent prices. I'd definitely return.

A basic option.with no resort fees or hidden fees. 50 dollar refundable deposit. Room has no fridge but there is an ice machine downstairs so we took a cool bag. Room serviced really well on demand. Yes it was a bit noisy but you’re in NYC. Take earplugs and you’re also so shattered from walking of course you will sleep. Excellent location. Easy deli type place next door for breakfast. Safe and really great friendly reception staff too. Room was comfortable for temperature. They adjusted for us when we arrived. You cant adjust yourself but we didnt have an issue in April. Would stay again for ease.

Shirt but oh-so-sweet.
"We arrived late (just before midnight) because my luggage arrived late, but we were greeted with warmth, shown to our room, brought an amazing meal with ingredients all from the farm. Just wish I got here earlier."
