Avoid staying here

Definitely a two star hotel. The only positive things - staff was friendly and helped haul our suitcases up stairs as the elevator is not working and the room is clean. Other than that, zero - can hear people talking in the next room, doors being slammed.

The location is close to the station which is convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. I stayed on a rainy cold day and there was no hairdryer in the room, the reception told me where to check and if I didnt find the one in the room, i can come back and ask for one. And indeed there was no hairdryer, went back to ask the reception to borrow one, they said the hair dryer they had in storage was already borrowed. It was not a very convenient night, sleeping with wet hair…

Bedbugs - Bettwanzen - punaises The hotel is in a good location between the train station and old town. The receptionists are very friendly. We did not stay the night however because we found several bedbugs crawling around us when we laid down in the evening. I killed a couple of them, but the more we searched the pillows and sheets, the more bugs we found. We just fled to nice hotel across the street for the same price. The staff at the reception could not issue a refund or anything, which we understood. I mailed the responsible for this branch, the answer was just that no bed bugs were found, even tough i attached photos and videos as attachment. If you also encounter bed bugs on you stay here, do not expect any refund for your trouble or even any excuse from the responsibles.

Chambre propre et confortable mais chauffage un peu haut, difficile à baisser. Equipement convenable pour le prix. Salle de bain très propre. Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Le personnel est accueillant. Simplement j'ai demandé une chambre sur la cour et j'ai eu sur la rue. Par ailleurs, j'ai trouvé le système de ventilation extrêmement bruyant. Pour le reste tout est bien : la propreté, le personnel, les différents services (petit déjeuner, parking, etc)
