"We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening. Also, the Den which had all the cool arcade games...

"I really enjoyed Tracy in the restaurant. She was so very fun to talk to and was excellent at her job. She's a hard worker with a wonderful attitude. All of the staff was kind and always offered us help, even our in the parking lot. A young man was on his way in in the morning and hadn't even clocked in yet and he asked me if I needed help with my bags. Everyone was very kind. I so appreciated it. It made my stay so enjoyable."

"Staff was excellent. Beach view was beautiful. Breakfast was okay. Neither of us eat pork, so it significantly limited the options, but it’s a typical continental breakfast, nothing to write home about just like most places. The rooms seemed clean. I always bring my own cleaning supplies, as I know most hotels don’t do deep cleaning. I really appreciated that the last hour of the pool area was dedicated to adults. I only wish it was an hour and a half versus just one hour, but that’s 1000%...

"Air conditioning was very noisy and blew the curtains directly above open creating privacy issues as I was on the first floor. There was no guide for the television and remote was clunky. The shower was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The parking lot was small and was flooded when I checked in which left the small lot even more crowded."
