Staff was very nice and helpful and rooms were beautiful. Moreover, water in shower was hot and it was quiet, but wish they offered hot breakfast. However, what could have been improved was the bed were uncomfortable and squeaky, a few spiders, baby roaches made me nervous to put my stuff of the floors.

Staff has been pleasant to deal with, and this was the second time staying here. On this particular stay, there were several roaches present in the room. This was brought to the attention of the staff on duty, who apologized and told us that the pest control had sprayed the facility the day before. The room also had a damaged bathroom door that would not close properly. The first stay was excellent...this second stay was not as good as the first.

The room (a non-smoking King bed room) was clean and spacious. I opted to forgo housekeeping as I was staying only two nights and was in the room only to sleep. Bed was quite comfortable.

I had a decent hotel stay I can’t complain

I got the hot tub room. It was pretty cool, but I did have to clean the hot tub a little bit. The bed was not that comfortable, but that’s like withmost hotels. But all in all my stay was not bad I definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The room was very big. Had a living room. And a separate room for the bed and hot tub.

Great stay

I visit Greenwood, SC often and have stayed a couple other places before reserving at this Red Roof Inn. The value is by far the best. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is always clean as well with basic toiletries. The bedding is most comfortable. All the staff has been pleasant from the front desk, to housekeeping. We would stay again and recommend if in the area.

Friendly welcoming

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn for a business trip and had a great experience. The reception was friendly and welcoming, and the staff throughout my stay were attentive and supportive. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice environment to unwind after work. I will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Greenwood.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillows were even more comfortable than some much higher priced places we have stayed. Decent for a night

Decent for a night. Had no plans of staying overnight in a hotel until last minute so we found what was available near us. This is run down motel in not great shape but it was clean as could be. Safe and clean was the most important.

I stay here when I'm in the Greenwood area. I can get a room for double the price, but I'll never get better service than I get here. Staff is friendly, professional seem to care. Rooms are clean, everything works. If you should have any issues, they are on top of it, QUICKLY!

The room smelled like smoke so bad, that once I was back home, all my clothes and even my backpack stink like cigarettes(I do not smoke). I didn't have hot water for 2 days and I found 5 big hairballs in my bed. The pros were that there was a pretty decent size fridge and 2 electeic burners to cook. The staff was also nice

The property was convenient and the staff was really nice but the mattress did not feel like a mattress at all but was so hard it was like a box spring. The beds were so small and uncomfortable that I almost left and went to another hotel but decided to bare it for 1 night.

Quick stay in Greenwood

It was better than I expected. We’ve paid more at other hotels for worse. Looks like the rooms have been remodeled. Room was clean but the sheets looked moldy or something. I passed on the continental breakfast. The room was quieter than I thought being on a main road.

The staff worked with us with early check out. The rooms did not feel cleaned. Since the property did not have a dual air system, even the non-smoking rooms had the smell of weed and cigarette. For our two day stay, the rooms weren't cleaned. We didn't get any new towels, and the beds weren't made up.

There's no bugs it's safe but it's definitely a 2 star motel they didn't clean the rooms we found a empty beer can and a t-shirt showing the room hadn't been clean for who knows how long. The staff was nice. The room it wasn't properly supplied with light bulbs it was short like three light bulbs and the beds one bed was nice the other one made a ton of noise because it creaked really bad every time you moved based on the bed frame being too cheap. Before after taxes nearly $100 a night in a small town I would have expected a better room. The breakfast was good though no protein. They had a waffle maker.

We had the room paid til ch3ck out time at 11 a.m. However, we left little after 7:30 a.m. for medical reasons. Couldn't eat before test. Hadn't turned in key card....was planning on coming back with some take out breakfast and eat there and relax before 11 a.m. check out. We had hour and 20 minutes to use. But when we got back, the door was opened and trash out and bedding removed but not newly made for next guests. We had to eat our take out fast food breakfast in the car, with it cold and raining. Still had the room's keycard, which turned in since no longer able to use the room number 127. Very disappointed at this situation. One good thing we took our belongings, except what left in refrigerator. I'm guessing it was thrown out. 3p.m. to about 7:40a.m. not worth the money for our privacy being violated. Dont go in some gusts room until checked out, unless you have a need. Just not acceptable. Not again 😑
