The room was in a deplorable state - a huge spider web clung to the ceiling above the bed, the bedspread was stained and dirty, and the chairs had noticeable strains. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room.

The customer service was rotten. I requested a late check out via text, because they were texting me numerous times about the stay etc. I asked 3 times and never got a response. I then just checked out at the regular 11am and the guy at the counter was clueless. The place is not well run. When I checked in, I was barely acknowledged. I won't stay here again.

Breakfest was all gone by 9 when we told to it would be the best time to get food. The ceiling was peeling and coming down. The hotal was filled with workers that made noise at all hours, and parking was a nightmare.

Clean room great breakfast options. Very convenient location great dining options around the hotel. Loved that they had buses to take us to the game for free. Absolutely loved that. Only thing I would say is I wish the housekeeping staff was a little nicer. She was upset that one of the towels had got some throw up on it because my granddaughter got sick and I had to clean her up. I also had to go to the front desk to get new sheets we stayed multiple days and wanted clean sheets. Same with towels. I cleaned the room myself for them and stripped all the beds and had all towels and trash together for them. When we left. We wasn't due to check out till 11am but she was standing outside our door by 10am waiting for us to leave so I felt a little rushed. Other than that great experience and would stay again if we come back.
