Dear mr Mabrouk, Thank you for sharing with us your opinion about our property! But allow me to remind you how things happened. Always on check in I inform guests that water is not drinkable and we have placed 2 bottles water in your fridge, that are complimentary. After this, you have to buy. Also, as I know, when a product is included in the room service catalogue, you have to pay for it! At least, this is how it works in Greece! So, when you order something, you have to pay! Regarding the delicate issue of cleanliness, you were informed on check in that due to restrictions, room service is available only on request. You asked for maid service on 16:15, hour at wich the maid has finished her shift. If someone want his room to be tidy up, usually, ask it when he wakes up. Not at 16:15! Also, you forgot to mention what happened on the check out! Depsite the 'welcome letter" which was placed in your room and clearly mention that check out is setted on 11:00, you just ignored it. On 11:07 your wife came and asked for plates, glasses and forks in order to enjoy your breakfast! Although we allowed you to stay till 12:00, you occupied the room till 13:00 ! Also, on 13:30, when the maid was cleaning the room for the new guests, you entered and brushed your teeth!!!! So, she was obliged to clean it again from the start! And of course, you never paid the 2 bottles of water.. I do not think that by having such a behavior you are eligible for making complains.. Ion Monoyios Manager
