I had a great experience staying at CrownePlaza Noida. The staff were very courteous and helpful. A special note of thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, Yashodhara who went out of her way to help me get an essential item that I had forgotten to carry. It is actions like these, which make our stays special. Keep up the good work.

At first glance, this place looked like the Ritz, but don't be fooled. The front desk manager was super friendly and upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. But, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The bathroom was fancy, but they forgot to refill the soap dispenser, so I was stuck mid-shower with nothing to clean myself with. And don't even get me started on the food - it was like they hired a bunch of amateur cooks who had no idea what they were doing. The buffet was a joke, with empty pots and servers who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving the guests. Overall, I'd say this place was a major disappointment.

The property is perfect if you are interested in a short stay at G Noida. For us, we had some work in the morning so decided to come in and stay a night before in order to be more relaxed in the morning. The room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. I also loved the quality of the toiletries provided.

In room dinning experience was not good , long wait time and not following the instruction of what is to be served . Unprofessional approach to the guests by in house restaurants .

The stay was alright but I do not understand why your swimming pool does not open before 8 am and why was it shut before 8 pm because it was drizzling? If you are swimming anyway, how does the rain bother a user? For a business traveler in particular, a pool can either be used early in the morning or late at night.
