"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."

"Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. There is nothing close by (food or attractions). The breakfast was good, the hotel's view was good, and the room was clean. If cruising out of Naples or visiting the area, I...

"Big problem with the air conditioning. It was not on when we entered the room. My husband asked the front desk how to turn it on. We followed their instructions. We went out exploring the city for approximately 5 hours. When we returned at 10 pm our room was still hot and the air conditioning was not running.
