We have stayed there 4-5 times as options are limited in the area and it is very convenient to Carmi or Mt Carmel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building really need renovations as no amount of cleaning can improve. We also had one night with no hot water and no compensation for the inconvenience

Nice hotel for reasonable price.

Nothing fancy but it’s Clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Pet friendly with reasonable pet fee. Free parking & Wifi. Breakfast options available and really good coffee. The A/C works great.

We came in a little late and the person at the desk was happy and efficient. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had enough variety to most people and we were satisfied.

Not bad for the price. The only downside is it’s a small town not many food options. The staff was polite and the coffee was pretty good every morning. Very consistent parking lot had a lot of cigarette butts on the floor every night but overall a good experience there could be a little bit more housekeeper in the parking lot But for the price it’s not bad. Beds were decent, but like I said for the price I couldn’t really complain.

Very nice

I’ve stayed at this Super 8 many times. There was a water stain on the ceiling but, overall My room was clean and comfortable. The location is conveniently right off the interstate but is far enough to remain quiet. All staff that I’ve met are warm and friendly. Check in is quick and easy. Free parking. A/C works great. Pet friendly with Very reasonable pet fees. I will stay again.

I know they can't do anything about this but dining area is too small, breakfast was pretty good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffle maker. You can hear everything in this hotel, especially during breakfast hours.I will say our room was very clean and front desk staff were nice. The parking lot had more cigarette butts than landscaping which isn't the the hotels fault but it was obvious that hadn't been picked up in a long time.

Not the cleanest not the best breakfast but super friendly and beds were comfortable and clean. The tables and appliances really needed a good scrubbing on the outsidein the rooms and the hot breakfast was cold. other than that it was really nice stay
