"We booked here after previously having an awful experience at a different 5* london hotel…. And we fell in love with this place. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated like a valued customer at this hotel and the facilities and room immaculate with everything you could need and more."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"
