"We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about this. But other then that everything was great the breakfast and the place was very calm. Would stay here again next time when visiting."

"Clean rooms, great location with store and restaurant which was awesome! Front desk was just ok, not rude but didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Very abrupt."

"They were fixing pool and there was no smoke detector in my room. They seem slightly behind but a friendly maintenance man seemed to be on top of things and actually was doing an inspection, otherwise I never would have looked up to notice the smoke detector was missing. The breakfast was okay, staff friendly and helpful. Some people it looks as though they are semi permanent residents. It served it's purpose certainly a good price. It will probably be in better shape on for the next person who comes along. Seems to be family run."

"It was a good budget hotel experience. The room was small and had very few accessible outlets, which was hard for two people. There was no closet or luggage rack and only one nightstand. However, it was pretty nicely maintained, the free breakfast was decent for a budget hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely be willing to stay again."

"Nice, clean rooms nice bathrooms, and showers. Only complaint I would have is it’s the end of May and early June and the swimming pool was not open and it actually looked just fine but that would be my only complaint."
