"We had a great stay, all the staff were very polite and attentive, answered all our questions about the area and also very informative about the food and wines they were serving, we were very pleasantly with the service the location and the condition of the hotel, unfortunately we were not there long enough to sample the spa but did get a tour from the young lady at the spas reception who explained everything. A wonderful experience cant fault it."

It was an unforgettable experience for us on our anniversary day - they provided us with local wine, and special arrangement in the room with a fruit basket . We absolutely loved everything about the property like rooms with candles, sharing history about the hotel, the location is very central, restaurant in a cave setup was so stunning . "Giovanni was an excellent host and very helpful. The video sent to us prior to arrival showing how to find our room was so good and precise. Our room was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities. The private terrace and breakfast provided was plentiful and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend this property, very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the busy streets of Matera. Many happy memories made. Thank you. "
