We found the stay at the motel to be quite enjoyable. We had a room with a queen bed in the main section of the room and another room with a 2nd queen bed. The room had everything that we needed. It is in walking distance to the downtown are with many shops and restaurants. This is a really good value.

This place is a basic motel, clean and serviceable for an overnight stay, but not very pleasant to hang out in. It does not look as nice as the photos online. The desk staff was friendly. The positives are that the location in Grass Valley is convenient and the price is very reasonable compared to many of the lodgings in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area.

Cute place, walking distance to downtown. Clean, comfortable, microwave, fridge, mr coffee maker and full size mirror. The shower had great water pressure, however it did not drain well, so standing in a few inches of water while showering plus the body wash in the dispenser provided was completely empty. The lobby had a Kuerig coffee maker I was looking forward to using but even at 9:30 am the lobby was locked, couldn’t use. It was a fair value for the amount we paid.

The room and staff were very nice, quiet sleep on a comfortable bed and nice amenities. However, I had no internet for 5 days. It was knocked out by a light rainstorm and they couldn't get it fixed. I was there on business, so that was highly inconvenient. But if you are there on vacation, it's very convenient to downtown, nice refurbished property, every room is slightly different, cozy and aesthically pleasing.
