very old. beds need to be replaced. they creaked & were very uncomfortable. the rooms were old & outdated. the bathrooms need updated

This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. We have stayed in 9 hotels in 15 states over the last year. This was the worst. The room was so hot the air conditioner was not working. We waited almost 4 hours to see if the room would cool down and it did not. We were told the sun hits this room. It was 8pm sun was setting. We told them the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air, their solution was giving us a fan. We got there at 2 rooms are still being cleaned check in is at 4 but come back at 230 to see. We went back at 3 and they told another person not until 4, so we didn’t ask. Are you trying to tell me that every room is occupied, I think not. We get into our “hot” room AC isn’t on fridge isn’t on. If you were cleaning our room because we were waiting maybe you should have had the air on. The front desk people were poor at best, rude and condescending. Fortunately we only were there for about 12 hours. The maintenance man was the most professional person we encountered. He got us the fan asked if we wanted to change rooms and said call back if we need anything else.

I have stayed here twice now. The staff is a whole different level of kind and friendly. I adore them! Breakfast is always good. They always have eggs, meat, biscuits, hasbrowns, gravy, waffles, bagels, pastries, and the basics of course! The pool area is well taken care of and this is just a great place to stay!

The hotel is a little old but very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. They had a very good hot breakfast. Reasonably price compared to other hotels in the area well worth the stay.

The hotel was clean. It is an old building and you can only do so much without a full remodel but that being said it does not look shabby. It is a bit noisy as there was a large gap around the door. I found ants on a chip I hadn’t realized I’d dropped the night before. The front desk told me they had been battling that issue lately. She offered to have maintenance come to my room but that was it. I did not eat breakfast there so I can’t attest to that. The cleaner they use is very heavily scented, to the point that my clothes and suitcase smelled like it when I returned home. If you are sensitive to strong odors and cleaners that may be an issue. It was affordable, the staff was friendly, the area is safe, but it does have some small issues. Overall not the worst place I have stayed.

I always stay here when I visit my daughter to college. We love the staff and the pool are is fun! Breakfast is also quite good.

Good front desk experience, but an old, outdated property in need of an overhaul marred our experience. Paint chips everywhere, imbedded grime around door handles and light switches, and colossally wrinkled curtains gave our room an unkempt look.

Property is questionable. There is someone literally conducting surveillance in the parking lot, and free breakfast requires tickets—presumably because people off the street just roam in? My check in took forever because the reservation from Expedia was delayed. Staff was friendly but rigid about rules.

Only had one elevator a long walk from where the room was located. I was put on the second floor and had to climb 13 steps with a heavy suitcase this was not good other then that everything else was fine.

It is not really a 3-star hotel, maybe it was 20 years ago. Also, the "free" breakfast was sub par for a 3-star hotel. The room was nice but dated.

The room had a horrible smell of cigarettes. The room was clean though. I would ask for another room in the future because of the cigarette issue.

Shuttle staff and front desk staff was prompt & helpful for a night transport. Breakfast was hot & complete. I stay whenever needed for Grand Junction CO airport.

This property served our needs well. We needed a day off from travel to do our laundry and just take a day off. The staff were very helpful. Needed to get our room moved, between our two nights because we extended. They were willing to let us stay in the same room but for some reason I was not able to sleep in that room, and just felt a different room would be better for me. They were very accommodating. It's nice to have an elevator to be able to get our things upstairs. Rooms for clean beds were comfortable, breakfast was fine.
