Pousada muito bem localizada, bem pertinho do centro e podendo fazer tudo a pé. Funcionários simpáticos, quarto confortável e limpeza excelente. Só o café da manhã que deixou a desejar: todos os dias as mesmas opções, pão não era fresco e o suco de laranja não era natural.

Localização ótima, perto da Avenida Borges Medeiros, com muitas opções de restaurantes. O atendimento é excelente, atendentes sempre dispostos a tirar dúvidas e dar dicas da cidade. Café da manhã bom, porém tem poucas mesas no salão. A acústica de manhã não é muito boa, pois se escuta tudo que estão falando fora dos quartos, mas não é algo que nos incomodou.

Minha estadia na Pousada Solar Viena foi simplesmente maravilhosa, incrível, perfeita. Desde o primeiro atendimento com o Thiago na recepção, quanto ao nosso checkout no último dia. Sem falar na localização maravilhosa que me possibilitou fazer tudo a pé no centro de Gramado. Quarto impecavelmente limpo, cheiroso, café da manhã espetacular, quando eu voltar para Gramado com certeza me hospedarei novamente aqui!

A localização é fantástica para quem fica no Centro, outra grande vantagem para quem esta com carro é o estacionamento gratuito da pousada! Limpeza muito boa, cafe pode melhorar, acomodação boa para uma pousada.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem um café da manhã excelente e todos os funcionários sao extremamente educados, simpaticos e muito solicitos.. Fomos muito bem atendidos.. A minha unica reclamação é que a cama n é boa, peguei um quarto de casal e juntaram 2 camas de solteiro.. Alem de os colchoes n serem confortaveis, as camas se separavam o tempo inteiro e criava um buraco no meio.. Fora isso a estadia foi perfeita.

Boa localização

Gastamos muito da pousada além de bem localizada, possuir estacionamento a limpeza do local estava muito boa. Recepção sempre prontos para atender. O café estava muito gostoso, além da variedade.

A pousada é boa, bem localizada. Única coisa não tão boa é o estacionamento que é pequeno para a quantidade de quartos. Fomos em baixa temporada e um dia o carro ficou na rua. Mas ele é bem próximo ao centro, se faz tudo a pé. Por isso recomendamos
