So sad to see it going this way.

Hot tub not working. Tv cables broken. Needed 2 remotes to use tv. Takes way to long to check in when you book and pay online. Clean room and nice bed. Last 2 stays either the pool or the hot tub are broken. Used to be a great place to stay. Now it’s just okay.

Tied of no HOT TUB!!!

Getting tired of every hotel motel we stay at and the pool is hot tub being down... Have been paying full price for the last year and a half and have had ONE reservation out of 20+ stays that we've actually gotten to use the pool or hot tub!!!!

First thing… the security bar at the top of the door was broken… the ball was busted off. Tv wouldn’t even connect to service. The shower fan didn’t work. And when checking in had a hard time understanding what he was saying. Stayed in room 118 at the Grafton ND Hotel.

The room was ok, the breakfast on the first day had sausage and that was it for warm food the pool was absolutely disgusting between the dirt and hairballs in the water and the pistachio shells all over the floor the hot tub is out of service and apparently has been for quite some time it was very quiet though

There are not much options of places to stay but this is the second time i’ve stayed here and it’s better that the other available hotel. My only feedback would be the cleanliness. I recommend you wipe everything before use. When I stayed everything felt sticky and there was dust.

The hotel has become very dated over the years. The breakfast was subpar and only went until 9 am. The coffee was horrendous - it was literally water with minimal coffee. The boiled eggs were rubber balls, and jam was solid when used for toast.

While the staff were great, the property was disappointing. The pillows were in need of replacement, the towels were yellowed and thin. It is an older property that needs a very thorough cleaning in the lobby. Dusty blinds, dusty buffalo head, dusty easy chairs. Bright spot was the complimentary breakfast which was satisfying. For $150 night U.S. I expected a better quality hotel.

The family went for a funeral. There was something wrong with everyones rooms. Our room was dirty,needed new carpet or clean carpet, ithers rooms bed sheets stained, hole in sink and leaking. Fireplace didn't work. Needs some attention. Send something out to inspect the property and rooms.

The room was dirty the Pool area and whirlpool was dirty. The continental breakfast fast would not feed my dog. For the 150 paid drive right on by. The fridge in the room did not stay cold told front desk they did nothing and on top if that it stank of spoiled food. 2 lamps did not work and my fire alarm was in the dresser drawer. DO NOY STAY HERE DIRTY
