"Never got in. Staff would not accept a different name at check in after I was recommended to do so through Expedia. They also would not approve a refund. So after arriving, being told they would not accept my employee and telling us to go I also did not get refunded."

"The property is in a great spot. There are bus stops on either side that will take you to Old Colorado City or Manitou. The spa hot tub was well maintained and the breakfast was decent. Towels had some makeup staining, but the bed linens were clean."

"Breakfast menu consists of granola bars, Joghurt and watery coffee. Definitely needs improvement. Still working out staffing. But the young man at the front desk (manager?) was extremely helpful when our car didn’t start. He came outside and actually got under the hood to fix the problem. Location was safe- schools and police department right there. Walmart within walking distance. "

"We found out after a long hike to our room that the front of the building is all lobby and restaurants and conference rooms. If your room is on the first floor you need to walk away is to get to the elevator. And if your room is on the second floor that is actually the same for as the lobby. We hiked and packed all of our gear all the way around to the back of the building and found our room and put our stuff away and then walked back to the front of the hotel to get in our car and drive it around back. Where there's a door right next to an elevator 30 ft from our room. The desk clerk check-in would have been great if they could have clued us on the best way to get there."
