"5 star hotel for 3 star price. Great, beautyfully decorated big hotel with all the modcons. Very good, affordable food in the restaurant. Glass of wine too expensive ( e 10 plus). We loved our stay. Highly recommended. "

The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge. "A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. Hotel staff was nice. This hotel is also located inside a university...

"My stay here was Excellent. Great value for money Superb staff especially the restaurant manager and reception but a big Thank you to all the team. . Rooms were comfortable, Excellent aircon . Very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent . Very good selection fresh daily Swimming pool also Excellent superb tempreture Restaurant staff. Efficient and friendly Menu very good prices . I can recommend this hotel 100%"
