"When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Short Pump! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Every interaction we had with the staff was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"
