Staff is very friendly, helpful and intelligent, they are excellent and make you feel valued as a customer. The common spaces are homey and fun, feel like fireplaced living rooms rather than an impersonal lobby. Really do a great job here, others could learn a lot from this particular location.

Terrific staff, good facilities and very nice room. Unfortunately, there was some outside noise throughout the evening that didn’t allow it to be the most restful experience - from the parking lot noises to other rooms - sound insulation is not as effective as would be ideal.

Stayed at the Courtyard on a trip to visit my son at UCSB. The check-in was very easy and extremely friends customer service! My youngest enjoyed using the pool a s hot tub. The putting greens were a fun touch as well. Very close proximity to many stores and restaurants and a couple blocks from Tesla super charging! Great stay.

Great hotel situated right next to the ucsb campus. Staff goes out of their way to help you and make your stay perfect. I always make sure to get the courtyard rooms so that I can sit outside.
