Hello, thank you so much for taking time to give us feedback on your stay. It helps us a lot since we're always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience. It does take more time for the common areas to warm up - which gives us an awesome excuse to enjoy the cozy fireplace on the ground floor, especially with the current freezing temperatures. Dear GH, thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and improve upon. We strive to give our guest a good experience but we fell short in this case. We noted that we need to communicate better on the no outdoor footwear policy in the lodge and have taken note on the road and breakfast. We will make it a point to have a second party check on the cleanliness on the bathroom too. Once again, thank you for the time you have taken to write this. All the best.
