My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Great location and beautiful hotel

Amazing location. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms and property. Great value with the breakfast added, especially. Only downside- rooms are dated and some are dark. My room had no window with natural light, but my friend’s room did. But also, who cares, you’re not in ny for the hotel room decor. I’d stay here over and over again.

Staff were very friendly and our room was impeccably clean. Also had a very nice shower.
