"The property was clean and in a lovely area. It was close to local shops and places to eat perfect for a quiet getaway. It appeared that the property was still under construction a bit, and a few surfaces were unfinished and a few things didn’t work perfectly, but that did not disruptour stay. The property is beautiful as a and everything we needed was available to us. The most enjoyable part of the property was the large living room and open kitchen concept. It was great for a family to enjoy a weekend."

" I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent one-night stay at your property during an extended trip to Big Bear. Overall, we found the accommodation to be pleasant and conveniently located. We had requested an early check-in, understanding that this is subject to availability. However, we observed that housekeeping staff appeared to be completing their work closer to 3:30 PM. Consequently, we received the access code around 3:52 PM, just eight minutes prior to the official 4:00 PM check-in time. While not a major issue, it made the early check-in request effectively unfulfilled. Upon settling in, my uncle attempted to use the television in one of the bedrooms but found it inoperable. When I immediately contacted your team for assistance, I was informed that the remote control was missing and that a replacement could only be delivered the following day. Given our scheduled 11:00 AM check-out time, receiving a remote at that point would have been impractical for our brief stay, so we politely declined. Another point I wished to raise concerns the trash disposal policy. We were informed that guests are required to transport their trash to an off-site disposal area, which was approximately a 19-minute drive from the property. This was an unexpected and somewhat inconvenient requirement, particularly for a short, single-night stay. Despite these minor points, the property itself was comfortable and well-maintained. "We had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend so peaceful so quiet it was 27° last night and I was in the back patio barbecuing barbecue worked great had some nice big steaks. Everything in the house was great nice and comfortable nice and cozy. I would highly recommend Getting firewood like we did and build a fire in the fireplace. It was just magical. "

"If you want peace and quiet, you’ll find it here. Tucked away deep in Sugarloaf, there were times in the evening my ears would ring because of the complete lack of noise. My dog and I could walk the streets and never see a car driving. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures, everything worked fine and was well appointed. I sat out on the deck in the evenings to watch the squirrels, rabbits and coyotes pass. I would have easily stayed longer if the place wasn’t booked! Can’t wait to visit again."

"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"
