Wonderful light and breezy beachside apartment. Great location. Just be mindful, it's right next to a building construction site.
The managers made the difference between this and similar accommodation. The children loved the pool. If without a car there is a bus nearby that can take you to/from the airport, gold coast attractions and shops.

Property has an ideal location across from the beach. But unfortunately there is currently a high rise development directly beside the building and construction noise is constant and loud from early in the morning through to the evening. Street parking is a problem during working hours due to construction works. Underground parking is difficult in a full size sedan car depending on what parking is allocated to your apartment.
Unit very small. Had a great time but male manager bit stressed.

Great location. Though amenities were great, the unit itself was very tired and run down.
Possition fantastic across the road from the beach and 5mins walk to cafes and shops Great heated pool area. Very friendly and welcoming management. Great to receive a 2 for 1 meal voucher from the surf club in our room. Internet connection not fanrastic and 1 of the screen sliding a little stiff. Will definitely be back.

The apartment was great 2 bedroom with ocean views... although we booked panoramic views. We got ocean views.... the building is old but the apartment inside has been updated.
Negative about the apartment is that there is no security windows or screen doors. The potential of a child falling out of the sixth floor is high, as the bed is directly in front of the window. Also toilet was leaking on to the floor..
Besides that the property manager were great. Location of the property is great.
Denice (Property Manager) is outstanding - she made our stay wonderful with great attention to detail and all delivered with fabulous hospitality and a smile
Top floor sound of the sea from 500 meters. Nice breeze no air conditioning. Only the one night but ideal for long term visit.

Great location, rest not so good.
Great location on the Esplanade, and very helpful management, but staying is like going back in time to a 1980's country motel. The apartment fittings (at least the one we stayed in) were old and tired, beds were past their replacement date by a long margin, and the toilet was simply not up to standard in a place charging A$300+ per night. Always difficult to rate these places as apartments are normally individually owned and fitted out as the owner decides, but there are a lot of better options along the Esplanade.
We stayed in an ocean front unit with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer) and generous balcony. The unit was very clean. Underground parking in secure garage. Free WiFi, although it was slow at times. The building is located on the Esplanade, directly across from the beach. The manager (Denice) was exceptionally helpful, friendly and very nice. Overall, a lovely stay.
Good location, close to public transport, clean and tidy.
Morning sun does shine in but better that way than not - blinds work but also can close out access to veranda.
We Booked into Wyuna after friends had told us that they had been coming for years and how it was such a wonderful place. They were totally correct. The apartment that we stayed in had only recently been renovated and my friend said that most had been. I loved the ocean views and that the apartment was so clean. The Managers Michael and Denice could have done more to help us and were so obliging.
The beach is just across the road and it just a short stroll to the main shopping Hub of Burleigh with as many eating places that your heart could desire,
To heated pool is such a bonus and I must admit myself and the Kids spent hours there. We also enjoyed the fact that there is a new BBQ area and my husband and the kids did most of the cooking.
We have booked again to come back in the September school holidays.
I just cant wait. So if your looking for a great place to stay Wyuna is the place.
I forgot to mention that the foxtel has about 100 different channels and also the wifi is unlimited and fee, How go is that

We had a 6 night stay and absolutely loved it. Fantastic location directly opposite the beach, amazing view of the ocean, walking distance to great restaurants & coffee. The apartment was clean and beds comfy and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location , older-style but very affordable
Unit was clean, unfortunately the lift wasn't working or going to be fixed over the weekend which wasn't a big problem for us on the first floor but was certainly an issue for the 80yo+ couple staying on the 6th floor. Disappointing that the owners wouldn't pay an after-hours rate to get this fixed when the hotel was at capacity on the gold coast marathon weekend.
The managers took advantage of the QLD floods and the fact there was barely any accommodation left for stranded motorists by charging $345 for one night. The room was very basic, a thin blanket on the bed. Wouldnt stay there again.
This is an older property, but well maintained. On the Esplanade directly opposite the beach walk, and a pleasant stroll to Burleigh Headland. Undercover parking was a bonus, as there were no on street spaces. Efficient and friendly check-in. Downsides- early checkout time of 09:00AM, highway noise didn't make for a restful stay. Kitchen, laundry facilities mean it's big enough for a short-medium term stay.
