Horrível.

Ao chegar lençol estava sujo e freegobar com itens de outro hóspede. Trocaram o lençol ok. A noite o ar condicionado com muito barulho e a acústica Do quarto horrível. Em outro quarto um casal fazendo relações sexuais e parecia praticamente dentro do nosso quarto. Reclamamos no outro dia, deram um upgrade de quarto porém o ar condicionado também com muito barulho e mofo no teto e banheiro. Tudo foi bem ruim. Segunda vez que fiquei no hotel. Na primeira foi tudo ótimo. Por isso voltei. Dessa vez após 1 ano estava completamente inviável. Não deve fazer parte do Hotéis.com algo nesse sentido.

Gosto do hotel,porém, o sinal de Wi-Fi estava péssimo nas duas últimas vezes que estive hospedado. A TV também deixou a desejar por ser conectada ao Wi-Fi os canais ficam caindo o sinal, não conseguia ver a programação de forma contínua. O café da manhã é muito bom! O restaurante preferia o anterior, contudo a equipe de atendimento continua a mesma e são muito educados, solícitos e competentes. Por último, a minha experiência com o resgate de diária pelo programa do hotéis.com me decepcionou novamente, é fácil de resgatar pelo aplicativo “ponto positivo” , mas os dois resgates que fiz na minha conta sempre me colocaram em quartos PCD, deixando a estadia mais desconfortável o que me deixou em dúvida se realmente vale a pena continuar utilizando.

Fomos de férias e o quarto era confortável. No entanto, o atendimento deixou muito a desejar. A funcionária que nos atendeu foi mal-educada e nem sequer nos cumprimentou com um simples "bom dia". Acredito que um bom tratamento faz toda a diferença — eu teria ficado satisfeita se fôssemos bem recebidos e tratados com cordialidade, pois isso nos ajuda a nos sentirmos mais à vontade.

Estadia foi tranquila, recepção com pessoal bem educado e prestativo. Único problema que tivemos foi com a falta de alguns itens de uso do banheiro. Só havia uma toalha de adulto, não havia tapete/toalha de piso. Também não havia sabonete no box do banheiro, foi preciso levar o sabonete líquido da pia para o chuveiro. Faltou touca de banho também. Apesar desses pequenos problemas não temos o que reclamar da estadia.
