Goi Packages (Flight + Hotel)

As a retired couple from Australia, this was our first ever Japanese hotel stay. We were very happy with our choice. Check in was smooth, with the staff both helpful and friendly. When language was an issue, Google Translate worked a treat both ways. Our room was well-equipped and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi, very large TV and a very efficient air conditioner. The supplied products (shampoos, moisturisers, etc) were numerous, very generous and of excellent quality. The provided free facilities in the lobby were also very generous, and included coffee, cold drinks and snacks. The included breakfast was simply amazing. We had the #3 which we enjoyed immensely. On the two days that we were there, we definitely weren’t looking for lunch afterwards! Would highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and check-in and out is mostly through a computer, but they guide you if you have any issues. We only had breakfast once but it was very good and worth the price. The bathroom was great, with a jet tub to soak in after a long day, as well as a very nice shower. The hotel-supplied pajamas were very comfy and I wore them every night. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

Hotel was easy to access, friendly, conveniently located, appealing aesthetic, clean and organized with a long list of amenities. Some amenities were restricted if you had visible tattoos therefore I did not get to utilize all this hotel had to offer.

Staff were very attentive to our needs. All our request had been provided. The room were clean also but the carpet looks like it was old maybe be ause of the color.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a bigger room that included a kitchenette, which was really nice for the couple of meals we ate in the room after a busy day sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and kind and really went above and beyond to help us feel welcome, especially with all the goodies for our 4-year old daughter. She loved the place and didn't want to leave :) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet once during our stay (only once because we left to go sightseeing very early during our stay) and it was delicious and varied. Something for everyone! We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again-- we will also recommend it to friends planning their own trips to Tokyo too! A special shout out to the staff member that helped me figure out the luggage forwarding service-- she was super knowledgable and set it up for us ahead of time. What a cool service!
