gmina Jeżowe Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Everything was generally good, but I was surprised that the carpets in the hallways and room were so dirty. The breakfast was really good. The parking adjacent to the hotel was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again.

We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at Bogoria House. The location is fantastic, very peaceful, however has so many lovely restaurants and bars just a few steps away. You have main square in one direction and Wawel Castle in the other, both being a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the whole place has such a lovely feel to it, stylish, welcoming and full of charm. It’s one of those places that makes you feel at home while still feeling special. The whole place is absolutely spotless, we would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend Bogoria House to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location.

Great communication and location. The room itself was nice with a great shower and view from the balcony. I was able to check in early for free although initially they wanted to charge me to check in early. Unfortunately it was not quiet. From around 8 in the morning to 10:30 at night there’s renovations in the building (seemingly in an apartment above mine). It’s quite noisy, with furniture being moved all over. I wish this was mentioned in the listing before booking, rather than after. The information book that’s provided in the room also asks for 5 star reviews for a gift, which I found to be unfortunate. Guests shouldn’t be bribed for positive reviews.

Location fantastic. Main selling point. Overall rating would be three stars. Felt like the room, although nice, was not representative of the photos online. The booking was cheap so didn't mind, but would be more annoyed if had paid a lot. Had some issues with power and appliances to which staff on messaging were very helpful which I appreciate. The room was generally clean, however areas such as the curtains and under the bed looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months - covered and thick with dust. Also curtains were clipped on? So everytime you opened or closed them they would basically fall off the wall. I would recommend to the owners of this property to investigate the smell in the lift, particularly, and the hallways, on one day of our stay, the smell from the lift was absolutely horrific. I have no idea what could be generating it, but it was very, very unpleasant and was a recurring problem. Additionally two towels and toilet rolls for two people for 6 days is a bit poor, I think replacement every second day would make the stay much more comfortable for little effort. In summary, for a cheap stay in Krakow book, but for something more appointed I would look elsewhere.
