แพ็คเกจท่องเที่ยวเทศบาล Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce

Conveniently situated, easy access to historical sites and the old city. Surrounding and onsite restaurants amd cafés very close by if you want to avoid the inner city or on your way back from a full day. Excellent staff, modern, clean, great breakfast, all modern amenities, convenient underground parking.

The hotel was spotless, staff were very freindly, we ate there good value for money, free fruit, biscuits and croissants every day. We,ll definitely stay there again.

Ottima posizione Personale gentile Non si capisce perché l'ascensore non funziona dopo le 18.00, è un handicap per chi viaggia con bimbi piccoli

Location fantastic. Main selling point. Overall rating would be three stars. Felt like the room, although nice, was not representative of the photos online. The booking was cheap so didn't mind, but would be more annoyed if had paid a lot. Had some issues with power and appliances to which staff on messaging were very helpful which I appreciate. The room was generally clean, however areas such as the curtains and under the bed looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months - covered and thick with dust. Also curtains were clipped on? So everytime you opened or closed them they would basically fall off the wall. I would recommend to the owners of this property to investigate the smell in the lift, particularly, and the hallways, on one day of our stay, the smell from the lift was absolutely horrific. I have no idea what could be generating it, but it was very, very unpleasant and was a recurring problem. Additionally two towels and toilet rolls for two people for 6 days is a bit poor, I think replacement every second day would make the stay much more comfortable for little effort. In summary, for a cheap stay in Krakow book, but for something more appointed I would look elsewhere.
