"The staff were amazing at this hotel , breakfast the best ! and we were very lucky being upgraded to a newly decorated room with private pool . Excellent location for a short walk into town . "

"Pool was closed, even the water fountain was turned off. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The bed was uncomfortable, they only gave us one pillow each so we needed two more which they did provide. The headboard was very uncomfortable. The shower was one you had to hold to use as they didn't have a fixture on the wall. Only hand soap, no shampoos or shower gel provided. No breakfast. We asked to leave our bag before we checked in and they told us to leave it behind the sofa in the lobby,...
