Communication before arrival excellent. We weren't able to use the spa bath as the plumbing currently needs re-doing to prevent leaks and there is no shelf to put the toiletries in the bathroom. "Breakfast was extortionate and dire. Not worth the money. It is outsourced and nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned everyday nor are the towels changed. Nobody comes to check for housekeeping. The room was like a sauna. Extremely hot rooms, creaky floors, dirty carpet and windows. Windows don't open. Bathroom water pressure is just awful. There is no fridge or airconditioning in the room. I didn't use the leisure facilities. Aircon is only around the reception area. The hotel...
