"Everything looked clean, modern, new. Elevators were so nice (usually hotel elevators are pretty shaky and dirty). Room was comfortable and neat. Appreciated the full sized fridge in the mini kitchen. Couple things I would suggest: 1. There’s a little stove top in the kitchen, but no pans to use on it. Needs a small pan. 2. No tissues in room - I had to grab mine from the car. 3. No conditioner or body wash for the shower to go with the shampoo provided. 4. No mini coffee pot. Most hotels, especially with mini kitchens have a little coffee pot in the room. Given that the hotel only has coffee in the lobby for the first half of the day, that would have been nice. However, there is a McDs and a Starbucks in the parking lot. Overall it was fine for a one night stay:)"

"Room was clean, but terrible lighting. One lamp on the desk; no reading lamps on night-stands. 3 out of 4 lights in bathroom burned out. Appeared to be homeless people hanging out near stairwells. Signs in lobby said no pets, but I saw and heard dogs throughout the property. I checked out a day early. Did not feel safe. Not sure how this place gets “excellent” ratings. You get what you pay for, I guess."

"Super convenient for concert across the street at the Van Buren. Parking lot is tiny, but we knew that would be the case. The bed was comfy, with a pillow top but the sheets felt like starched denim. So stiff and scratchy. The room had a fridge and microwave and Kcup style coffee pot. Bathroom tiny but Amazing lighting over the mirror- My teen daughter appreciated that for makeup application. The mural in the room was cool, and light fixtures are trendy and made for a fun decor. We did hear sirens multiple times, but I think there is station right down the street. Construction made it difficult to get in and out of, but not the fault of the hotel. Id book here again if I needed the area."

"This property was centrally located and accessible to Peoria, Glendale and Scottsdale but set in a quiet area out of downtown areas. Staff was very responsive, multiple choices of pools with clean towels and well kept areas. Rooms were clean and maintenance was responsive when our safe needed new batteries. Felt very safe for my daughter and I traveling together. Resort restaurant was reasonable and good food onsite and room delivery. Will definitely return."
