"Perfect hotel for what we needed."

"Have stayed here several times. Property still knew which is nice. Location great. Trade off is you can hear trams dinging, the odd drunk and council workers use blowers as early as 5.30am. Even so I like staying here as modern, comfortable beds and cable tv options good for a night in. Reception took ten minutes to acknowledge me standing in front of them, was awkward. I could see they were on a phone call but a nod or eye contact would be appreciated"

"The staff are very helpful and friendly and the apartments contain everything you need. The location is perfect. It's only a short walk to the beach, eateries and the tram and bus stop. "

"There was a bracket in the bedroom for a tv but no tv. Lacking power points for phone / watch chargers beside the bed. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. "

"We needed a room for an early morning flight the following day. The accommodation was extremely basic, no shampoo, no hair dryer, ultra small bathroom. The view out of the window was of the roof which unfortunately can’t be changed even if the room was renovated. There is no lift so you have to carry your bags upstairs. We would not stay here again and not recommend it. On saying that, the restaurant where we ate dinner that evening was outstanding and would highly recommend. It’s such a shame the accommodation is so poor as it would be great for country people like us to use before an early morning flight - in future we will stay elsewhere."
