No pay tv although the listing said it was available. I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv as the tv wasn’t compatible and needed to update the server. Contacted staff and they were no help at all regarding this.

Comfortable room except I made the mistake of booking a loft where the living area was upstairs. Apart from that the staff were great and so was the location.

Staffs are fantastic and check in experience is very good. The room looked very clean and tidy but by night time lots of cockroaches running on the floor and the table. Wasn't pleasant experience. Have to keep all my bags on the bed to avoid getting cockroaches.

Rooms, 10 out of 10. Clean, modern, with everything you need. Location, 10 out of 10. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station. Staff, 1000 out of 10. Every single employee was friendly, helpful, welcoming. Tip…call well in advance to secure parking as it’s limited.
