"The room nice, we had a river balcony view. Bathroom is very small, and toilet is very short for people over 6'. Staff wasn't friendly."

"The pool was down for maintenance. There is no elevator, no business center/printer. The room was fine except our tub didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was atrocious. There was food and filth down the fronts of the cabinets, no water, juice machine not working, waffle machine and counters were filthy. Would not stay here again."

"This was the worst stay I have ever had!! This place needs some serious updating and renovations. Beds are uncomfortable and pillow are hard. There were kids running the halls late at night and the person above us was jumping off beds and you can hear everything. Someone knocked on our door and ran after midnight. I called and complained and they did nothing."

"The room was clean, happy about that. I dont understand why you can't smoke in the balcony, which is the reason why I booked that hotel because of the balcony room. When walking in to Breakfast they told me we are closing and there was still about 30 min left I still went in because it was technically still open, there was not alot of food and they where already removing everything, shouldnt they wait for the closing time to clean?"
